Jamie has worked in estate agency since 1992 and has been based in Aldershot since 2001. With a wealth of experience, there is very little he doesn’t know about selling or renting property. He takes great pride in delivering outstanding customer service, something that is consistently reflected in his excellent reviews.
Living locally with his wife, two children and three dogs, Jamie is never far from the office. He is dedicated to finding solutions to any challenges that arise and will always go the extra mile to secure the right buyer or tenant for you.
Michael started his career in estate agency in 2008 and has since focused on building strong, trust-based relationships with his clients. He takes pride in his negotiation skills and believes that transparency and regular communication are essential qualities that set top estate agents apart.
Leanne’s background is in office management and administration, and joined the Fosters Team at the beginning of 2022. She assists both the Sales & Lettings teams in helping to make sure the office runs smoothly, and that our clients receive a first-class service. Leanne relocated from South Africa to Aldershot with her husband and two children in 2002, and is proud to call it home.
Katlyn works within our busy lettings team, helping to look after the many managed properties in our portfolio.
Focusing on new lettings, Katlyn is often the first person you’ll meet when searching for your new home. From arranging and carrying out property viewings through to helping you secure the right rental property, she’ll be there to guide you through the process.
Based in our office, Katlyn also carries out property inspections and assists with the administration involved in setting up new tenancies, helping to make the move into your new home as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Wendy has worked in the lettings industry since 2002 and covers the accounts and maintenance side for Fosters Lettings. Her knowledge and hard work ensures rents are kept up to date for our landlords, and her caring nature is invaluable in looking after our tenants too. Wendy lives locally and, whilst not at work, she remains very much in demand helping her children and grandchildren.
Working hard behind the scenes, Laura helps the business grow. She co-ordinates the compliance, advertising and marketing for both Fosters Sales & Lettings along with the HR side of the business. She deals with branding, promotional ideas, special offers and sponsorship. When Laura does have some spare time, you can find her walking the three dogs or being a taxi service to the kids.
Ellie plays a key supporting role in the sales Team by stepping in during busy periods, such as weekends and holidays. Her tasks include filing, updating database records, and taking on various responsibilities to help ease the workload for the team.
With a background in graphic design from Central Saint Martins University, she also collaborates with Laura to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for Fosters sales and lettings’ advertising and marketing initiatives.
We have recently used the amazing team at Fosters to sell a property, and we are so so glad that we did.
