The staff at Fosters have a combined experience of many years in the property industry and offer a wealth of both sales and lettings knowledge and expertise. We take the personal approach and our combined experience will ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

We understand that everybody has different requirements; no request is too big or too small for Fosters. We want you to feel completely relaxed and confident you are making the right choice. We do not pressure clients into making decisions. We believe that great communication and building a strong rapport is the best way to get excellent results and we will work with you to achieve our combined goals.

Jamie Grist, Owner

Jamie has worked in estate agency since 1992, and since 2001 in Aldershot. With all this experience, there isn’t much he doesn’t know about selling or renting. He is very proud of his excellent reviews that consistently refer to his “outstanding customer service“. He lives locally with his wife, two children, three dogs and a cat, and is never too far away from the office! Jamie prides himself in finding solutions to problems and doing “whatever needs to be done” to find you the perfect buyer or tenant.

Simon Brooks, Sales Manager

Simon has worked for Foster’s since 2020. He brings a wealth of property based experience to Fosters, having worked in estate agency and property law since 1990. Determined to show that his age is a positive asset, he continues to impress his clients, whose reviews prove this. Proud to be Jamie’s right hand man, he is also the office joker and enjoys amusing his colleagues whenever possible.

Wendy Jamieson, Lettings Manager

Wendy has worked in the lettings industry since 2002 and covers the accounts and maintance side for Fosters Lettings. Her knowledge and hard work ensures rents are kept up to date for our landlords, and her caring nature is invaluable in looking after our tenants too. Wendy lives locally and, whilst not at work, she remains very much in demand helping her children and grandchildren.

Grace Trzopek, Lettings Advisor

Grace joined Fosters to start a new career in estate agency in 2023. Grace is a bubbly and hard-working agent in the office. She makes sure that tenants find their dream home and that landlords find their perfect tenants. Being used to customer services management, she has excellent people and communication skills. Always smiling, she is the first face that the potential tenant sees.

Leanne Smith, Office Administrator

Leanne’s background is in office management and administration, and joined the Fosters Team at the beginning of 2022. She assists both the Sales & Lettings teams in helping to make sure the office runs smoothly, and that our clients receive a first-class service.  Leanne relocated from South Africa to Aldershot with her husband and two children in 2002, and is proud to call it home.

Laura Grist, PR & Marketing

Working hard behind the scenes, Laura helps the business grow. She co-ordinates the advertising and marketing for both Fosters Sales & Lettings and also looks after the HR side of the business. She deals with branding, promotional ideas, special offers and sponsorship. When Laura does have some spare time, you can find her walking the three dogs or being a taxi service to the kids.

Katlyn Logan, Weekend Administrator

Katlyn works every Saturday in the office, covering the phones and carrying out office duties to help her colleagues. She is always happy to assist and is very friendly. Katlyn also joined Fosters in 2023 to pursue her interest in Property. Currently studying at College, she is looking to move onto University in due course.

Ellie, Lettings Admin

Backing up the Lettings Team, Ellie helps out by covering busy weekends and holidays around her University schedule. She is often found filing, updating our database records and taking on tasks to take the pressure off of the team. Studying graphic design, she also works with Laura to create ideas for the advertising.
