We do not pressure clients into making decisions. Jamie has been working in estate agency since 1992 and has been based in Aldershot since 2001. With his wealth of experience, there’s little he doesn’t know about selling or renting properties. He takes great pride in the outstanding customer service he provides, which is consistently highlighted in his glowing reviews. Living locally with his wife, two children, three dogs, and a cat, Jamie is never far from the office. He’s dedicated to finding solutions to any challenges and is always ready to do whatever it takes to secure the perfect buyer or tenant for you.
Simon has worked for Foster’s since 2020. He brings a wealth of property based experience to Fosters, having worked in estate agency and property law since 1990. Determined to show that his age is a positive asset, he continues to impress his clients, whose reviews prove this. Proud to be Jamie’s right hand man, he is also the office joker and enjoys amusing his colleagues whenever possible.
Michael started his career in estate agency in 2008 and has since focused on building strong, trust-based relationships with his clients. He takes pride in his negotiation skills and believes that transparency and regular communication are essential qualities that set top estate agents apart.
Grace joined Fosters to start a new career in estate agency in 2023. Grace is a bubbly and hard-working agent in the office. She makes sure that tenants find their dream home and that landlords find their perfect tenants. Being used to customer services management, she has excellent people and communication skills. Always smiling, she is the first face that the potential tenant sees.
Wendy has worked in the lettings industry since 2002 and covers the accounts and maintenance side for Fosters Lettings. Her knowledge and hard work ensures rents are kept up to date for our landlords, and her caring nature is invaluable in looking after our tenants too. Wendy lives locally and, whilst not at work, she remains very much in demand helping her children and grandchildren.
Leanne’s background is in office management and administration, and joined the Fosters Team at the beginning of 2022. She assists both the Sales & Lettings teams in helping to make sure the office runs smoothly, and that our clients receive a first-class service. Leanne relocated from South Africa to Aldershot with her husband and two children in 2002, and is proud to call it home.
Katlyn works every Saturday in the office, covering the phones and carrying out office duties to help her colleagues whilst they carry out their busy appointments. She is always happy to assist and is very friendly. Joining Fosters in 2023 to pursue her interest in Property she is currently studying at University.
Working hard behind the scenes, Laura helps the business grow. She co-ordinates the compliance, advertising and marketing for both Fosters Sales & Lettings along with the HR side of the business. She deals with branding, promotional ideas, special offers and sponsorship. When Laura does have some spare time, you can find her walking the three dogs or being a taxi service to the kids.
Ellie plays a key supporting role in the Lettings Team by stepping in during busy periods, such as weekends and holidays. Her tasks include filing, updating database records, and taking on various responsibilities to help ease the workload for the team. With a background in graphic design from Central Saint Martins University, she also collaborates with Laura to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for Fosters sales and lettings’ advertising and marketing initiatives.
We have recently used the amazing team at Fosters to sell a property, and we are so so glad that we did. Our property was located in Farnborough and Fosters in Aldershot but these guys know the local area better than anyone! Our property went under offer within a few days at above asking price and then they were with us for the entire process. They dealt with our emotions, took out every single stress of selling and looked after us in a way that we will always be thankful for.
